GREETINGS FROM WELCOME & OUTREACH
Messiah Lutheran Church is proud of its vibrant mission of Welcome and Outreach. We serve our church, new members and local community with three opportunities to worship on Sunday as well as weekly activities. The committee greets new members with Welcome Bags filled with "Messiah's Coffee Blend", coffee mugs and homemade bread and of course, an 'open hand of Welcome.'
Messiah reaches into the community each year with participation in the Annual Mauldin Egg Drop, sponsored by the City of Mauldin. We gather at the Sunset Park in Mauldin the Saturday before Easter, weather permitting. This is an event NOT to be missed! For further details, be sure to check the City of Mauldin website.
In the Fall, in conjunction with Halloween, we host Trunk or Treat for the local children in our parking lot. This event is coordinated with other churches and local organizations hosting on the same date. Please be sure to check back for updates on this event as well as others hosted here at Messiah.
